All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a leading PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you enter payment information on our booking page, it is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard TLS encryption. Moments & Miles Rentals LLC never receives, processes, or stores your raw credit or debit card numbers. Our servers never touch payment card data.

Document Storage & Retention

Driver's license images and insurance documents you upload are stored securely in Supabase cloud storage with encryption at rest and in transit. The Rental Agreement is agreed to digitally within the Moments & Miles booking portal — your acknowledgement (including timestamp, IP address, and booking reference) is recorded in our Supabase database as the binding record of consent.
